What are you thankful for today? I'm thankful for Maverick. He's such a good dog and a super loyal companion. I couldn't imagine life without him in it. What are you excited for today? I'm excited to see Leslie! It's been almost 5 months since we saw each other last and although things ended in a rough and cold way, we talked last night on the phone and it was great to hear her voice. It's all come kind of out of nowhere but I am really excited to see her. What is the ONE THING for BUSINESS you will accomplish today and how will you do it? I will spend 1 hour uninterrupted figuring out the transition from Kristin to me in the hiring process. What is the ONE THING for PERSONAL you will accomplish today and how will you do it? What are you thankful for today? I'm thankful that I am healthy. I have made it a point to be way more health conscious lately and it's paying off. It's taken some time but the results are starting to show. The Atomic Habits book really helped me. Being patient and persistent, changing my identity to someone who does the things a healthy person does, trying to get 1% better everyday. What are you excited for today? I'm excited to see my dad! It's been well over a month since I've seen him and I'm looking forward to grabbing lunch and catching up. What is the ONE THING for BUSINESS you will accomplish today and how will you do it? What are you thankful for today? I'm thankful that I'm becoming more comfortable delegating walks to our staff. Although I still had a lot of walks today, I was able to get to them all on time and not feel rushed. As long as I'm not rushed during the day, I don't get stressed out. What are you excited for today? Well it's about 4:30 so I'm a little worn out and drained from a busy day walking. I'm excited for basketball and to continue What is the ONE THING for BUSINESS you will accomplish today and how will you do it? After basketball tonight I will put a plan in place to transition candidates from Kristen to me and work on smoothing out the remainder of the hiring process. I will do that by devoting 1 hour of uninterrupted focused time to this task. What is the ONE THING for PERSONAL you will accomplish today and how will you do it? I will be in bed by 10pm. What are you thankful for today? I'm thankful that I have access to unlimited amounts of knowledge. I'm currently listening to a podcast "How I built this" talking about the founding of Soul Cycle. I live in an age where there is so much free information out there and all I have to do is pay attention and look for it. My dad told me one time that there is a "Wealth of information out there and it actually can make you wealthy" or something to that extent. It's so true. All it takes is learning one thing that can shift my perception or change the way I think about something that can make a huge difference in my life and/or my business. What are you excited for today? I'm excited to get the ball rolling on hiring at least 1 person this week. If I can get 2 that would be awesome.
