What are you thankful for today?
I'm thankful that I am healthy. I have made it a point to be way more health conscious lately and it's paying off. It's taken some time but the results are starting to show. The Atomic Habits book really helped me. Being patient and persistent, changing my identity to someone who does the things a healthy person does, trying to get 1% better everyday.
What are you excited for today?
I'm excited to see my dad! It's been well over a month since I've seen him and I'm looking forward to grabbing lunch and catching up.
What is the ONE THING for BUSINESS you will accomplish today and how will you do it?
I will spend 1 hour uninterrupted figuring out the transition from Kristin to me in the hiring process.
What is the ONE THING for PERSONAL you will accomplish today and how will you do it?
I will go to the gym after lunch and devote 30 minutes to stretching/rehab/foam rolling.
Did you accomplish yesterday's ONE THING?
BIZ - No. I have moved it to today.
